1. General
These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the bk99 platform and its users. Creating an account, logging in, or using any service on this platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

2. Account Registration
To register on bk99, each user must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false, incomplete, or someone else's details is strictly prohibited.
2.1 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. bk99 will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions on your account unless it is proven that the fault was directly caused by the platform. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Account Verification
bk99 may at any time request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification. The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
3. User Age and Identity
Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on bk99. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
As part of the identity verification process, bk99 may request a copy of a national identity card or similar document. 4. Deposit and Payment
bk99 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the registered account.
- Deposits from wallets registered in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
- After a deposit is completed, the balance should be credited automatically. If there is any issue, please notify us via live chat.
4.2 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No other currency is supported.
5. Withdrawal and Settlement
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds are normally sent within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request.
5.1 Withdrawal Terms
- Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals are generally sent to the same wallet used for the deposit.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met (see section 6 for details).
- In the event of any suspicious activity, bk99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal.
5.2 Processing Time
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In exceptional circumstances or where verification is required, this time may be extended.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
bk99 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is announced.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings can be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in termination of all accounts.
- bk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6.2 Wagering Calculation
The wagering requirement for a bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if a deposit of ৳33,400 earns a ৳20,000 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳53,400 and the wagering requirement will be ৳20,000 × 20 = ৳4,00,000.
7. VIP and Cashback
The bk99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and regular participation.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk99:
- Deliberately using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
- Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or game software.
- Using this platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users or attempting to harm them.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs for an unfair advantage.
- Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use an account.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
bk99 may suspend or terminate an account at any time without prior notice if:
- The user violates these terms and conditions.
- Evidence is found that false or incorrect information has been provided.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- It is necessary to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, legitimate funds will be returned, but any bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
bk99 always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or other unavoidable reasons.
bk99 is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by problems with the user's own device or internet connection.
- Account information being leaked or accessed by a third party due to the user's own negligence.
- Games or transactions remaining incomplete due to external technical failures.
- Personal or financial losses arising from betting or gaming.
In the event of any technical issue, we will consider reasonable compensation, but this will be determined at bk99's discretion.
